Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for product to ship. Orders placed after 4p will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently do not offer free shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not offer international shipping and ship only within the continental United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at orders@mudpuddlesa2.com for assistance, putting your Order # within the subject line. 

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
