This happy whale just loves blowing bubbles! Put 3 to 5 drops of bubble bath or liquid soap in the spout, then push him under the water again and again to send bubbles floating up. When he is not blowing bubbles, he floats on the surface. The whale comes apart for easy cleaning and drying, and he is made of bright, BPA-free plastic.
